Our goal is to lift up the voices and strengths of young people, caregivers, and youth serving adults by offering resources that honor the full scope of youth development in social, emotional, and cognitive areas. We are developing tools that support growth, highlight what children and families are already doing well, and show ways to nurture and protect each young person’s potential.
Guided by care and intention, we are working hard to bring these resources to the community soon.
We are looking for people who want to help create resources that support young people, caregivers, and youth serving adults. If you care about nurturing and protecting youth and want to collaborate on practical, thoughtful tools, there is a place for you on our team.

Our team is working alongside community partners to strengthen how children are seen, described, and cared for across clinical settings, with a focus on developmental context, consent, and family partnership. We support training, guidance, and documentation practices that promote strengths based, developmentally appropriate care and challenge assumptions that can shape clinical decision making. Through collaboration with families, communities, and cross sector partners, we are helping healthcare systems protect childhood and advance equitable, long-term health and well-being for all young people.
Below are some of our most trusted resources from other outstanding organizations. These groups do not fund our work, but we proudly recommend their materials.
